Return Conditions

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Defective or damaged items are eligible for a free return.
• For non-defective items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time is typically 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products.
